It is the oldest of the sausages. It is made with lean pork mixed with pork rind (hence its name) and fat. It is then flavored with salt, pepper and other spices and stuffed into a beef casing. The 0.5 kg Cotechino Precotto is available in a simple bag or packaged in a box.

Our shipping takes 1-3 working days in Italy, orders over €79 are free and under €79 at a cost of €6.90.
In Europe however it is 2-5 working days, free for minimum orders of €79 and orders below €79 at a cost of €8.90.
In USA products arrive in 4-9 business days at a cost of 19.90$, free for orders over 99$ and for the rest of the world, shipping is 19.90€, free for orders over 99€.
Shipping outside Europe (USA, Great Britain, etc.) has customs fees that are independent of Black Drops and are different for each country.
Once the order has been placed, an email will arrive with the tracking of the order to be able to monitor it.
The shipment of Black Drops is taken care of by Poste Italiane, Upas and Amazon Logistic, in some cases when ordering 2 different types of products, they could arrive in different packaging and with different timing.
