Our locally made Parmigiano Reggiano aged over 80 months is a rare product, cherished by true connoisseurs.
Its extremely crumbly and grainy core takes on intense yellow shades tending to ochre.
On the palate, it is neither salty nor spicy, but reveals strong notes of tobacco, spices, and cocoa.
This over seven-year aged Parmigiano Reggiano fully features its refined delicacy, to be tasted with the enveloping flavour of passito wines.
Now available in 1 kg vacuum-sealed package.
Storage instructions: store Parmigiano Reggiano at a temperature between 4°C and 8°C.

Our shipping takes 1-3 working days in Italy, orders over €79 are free and under €79 at a cost of €6.90.
In Europe however it is 2-5 working days, free for minimum orders of €79 and orders below €79 at a cost of €8.90.
In USA products arrive in 4-9 business days at a cost of 19.90$, free for orders over 99$ and for the rest of the world, shipping is 19.90€, free for orders over 99€.
Shipping outside Europe (USA, Great Britain, etc.) has customs fees that are independent of Black Drops and are different for each country.
Once the order has been placed, an email will arrive with the tracking of the order to be able to monitor it.
The shipment of Black Drops is taken care of by Poste Italiane, Upas and Amazon Logistic, in some cases when ordering 2 different types of products, they could arrive in different packaging and with different timing.
