The Acetaia del Parco stands at an altitude of 700 m near the landscaped area of the Parco dei Sassi, far from city pollution.
It is a family-run business that has been producing for about 100 years Balsamic Vinegar of Modena with traditional methodologies.
At the beginning of 1900s grandfather Gino with foresight he "sacrificed" part of the grapes destined for Lambrusco for the production of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
The choice was successful and handed down with passion to the following generations up to the current ones with Gian Piero Volpelli.
The artisan dimension of the company allows us to devote direct and constant attention to the product; all phases are followed with passion and with utmost dedication.
