Impress those you love with this Chocolate and Balsamic Vinegar cake

A simple and tasty recipe for your Valentine's Day.

Here's what you need: 200g of dark chocolate, 200g of butter, 200g of sugar, 4 eggs, 200g of flour, 1 teaspoon of yeast, 2 tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP


Melt the chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat.

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until you get a frothy mixture.

Add the melted chocolate-butter mixture to the eggs and mix well.

Add the sifted flour and baking powder, mix until smooth.

Pour the mixture into a greased and floured pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.

When the cake is ready, take it out of the oven and let it cool.

Meanwhile, in a saucepan, heat the two tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena over low heat until thick. Pour the glaze over the cake and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
