Acetaia del Parco is located at an altitude of 700 m near the landscaped area of Parco dei Sassi, far from city pollution.

It is a family-run business that has been producing Balsamic Vinegar of Modena using traditional methods for about 100 years.

In the early 1900s, grandfather Gino with foresight "sacrificed" part of the grapes destined for Lambrusco to the production of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.

The choice was a winning one and was handed down with passion to the following generations up to the current ones with Gian Piero Volpelli.

The artisan dimension of the company allows direct and constant attention to the product; all stages are followed with passion and utmost dedication.
